ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF THE FACILITIES FOR ACCOMMODATION IN CASAS CAMPESTRES LOS MIRADORES DE FRUWORLD
1.It is the obligation of every guest and visitor to abide by all relevant safety rules and handle themselves within our facilities with the due duty of care and safety.
2.Casas Campestres Los Miradores de Fruworld is not responsible for guests and visitors outside our facilities, whether for theft or personal injury.
3.As additional services, information can be provided to access some services such as taxis, people transportation, walks, etc., but the guest must keep in mind that they are not services provided directly by the establishment and are part of an additional service for our visitors, therefore the accommodation is not responsible for any type of eventuality in it.
4. All belongings or valuables must be kept and cared for by our guests. Casas Campestres Los Miradores de Fruworld is not responsible for any loss or damage to belongings caused by neglect or mishandling. These objects and belongings must be stored.
5.Casas Campestres Los Miradores de Fruworld does not provide restaurant service. If this type of service is requested from a third party, the guest will be directly responsible for its consumption.
6. The guest must immediately report any damage to the property to the hostess, to prevent them from suffering any accident. Casas Campestres Los Miradores de Fruworld is not responsible for the use of damaged items or facilities that have not been reported for review or repair.
7. It is not allowed to temporarily or permanently accommodate strangers if, due to this situation, our guests suffer any material damage (theft) or personal damage, they are not our responsibility and if our facilities are damaged or there are losses to our property, the guest must cover said damages.
8. All guests must present documentation that proves their identity for subsequent TRA registration (for Colombians) and SIRE (For foreigners). The theft of documents is not permitted and may have legal effects and may incur a fine.
9.We are not responsible for the consequences of improper practices on the property.
10. In this accommodation we do not allow illegal activities (such as sexual exploitation of minors, human trafficking, visits or appointments for sex work, pimping and obtaining sexual services, pornography for commercial purposes, drugs and illegal substances (unless prescribed by a doctor to treat an illness), production or manufacturing of illegal substances or distribution of drugs and illegal substances), or other behaviors that may harm our community.
